Graduate Courses

I have taught COM 582 (PR in the Digital Age), COM 501 (Theory), COM 502 (Research), COM 580 Topics including Culture Seminar, Group Communication and Leadership (now COM 520), and Media Criticism.   Our graduate program is now available full time (part time students are still welcomed) and geared towards preparing professionals for the changes in the journalism and public relations fields.  More information can be had by clicking this link:

Undergraduate Courses

I currently teach COM 242 Communication and Culture, COM 241 Gender and Communication, and COM 298 Communication Theory.   I have taught COM 141 Interpersonal Communication (once with Dr. Susan Deluke from the School of Education), COM 206 Conflict Management, COM 328 Persuasion and Propaganda, and COM 380 Special Topics:  Media Literacy with Dr. Kathy Voegtle from the School of Education.  Media Literacy and Media Criticism are two new courses I will develop for our new Undergraduate Curriculum beginning Fall 2009.
